We develop ERPy — a governed business AI platform designed to help organisations interact with ERP, accounting, inventory, CRM and other business systems using natural language, while respecting permissions, approvals and operational controls.

Who we are

AI Software Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian software company based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Queensland.

We are developing ERPy, a business-focused AI platform designed to connect conversational AI with the systems organisations already use.

ERPy can work with ERPNext and can also integrate with other business software that provides suitable APIs. This allows businesses to introduce AI without necessarily replacing the software, data and workflows they already rely on.

What we’re building

ERPy is designed to become an intelligent interface between people and business systems. Users can interact through natural-language voice or text to retrieve information, understand business data, navigate workflows and, where authorised, perform controlled business actions.

Instead of treating AI as a separate chatbot, ERPy is designed around the operational environment of the organisation — including users, permissions, business records, approvals, workflows and auditability.

ERPy and ERPNext

ERPNext is an open-source Enterprise Resource Planning platform that can provide a powerful operational backbone for businesses.

ERPy was originally developed closely around ERPNext, and ERPNext remains an important supported platform. However, ERPy is being designed as a broader business AI layer capable of connecting with other authorised business systems and REST API-enabled software.

This means businesses may use ERPy + ERPNext as a complete solution, or connect ERPy to suitable systems they already operate.
